By downloading, installing, or using Lisanak (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Lisanak is operated from North Carolina, United States. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," "our," and "Lisanak" refer to Lisanak. "You" refers to the person using the App.
Lisanak is a voice-based dhikr and tasbih counter for iPhone. The App helps you remember Allāh by counting your dhikr automatically when you speak it aloud, or manually when you tap. It is designed in the spirit described by Imam An-Nawawī in Al-Adhkār — dhikr by tongue, not by touch.
Recognizes six core adhkār spoken aloud, using Apple's on-device Speech framework. Supported phrases: SubhānAllāh, Alhamdulillāh, Allāhu Akbar, Lā ilāha illa-llāh, Astaghfirullāh, and Salawat. Nothing is recorded or sent to any server.
A manual counter for when speaking aloud isn't possible — on a bus, in the mosque, or in a quiet space.
Calculates the five daily prayer times based on your location and your selected calculation method, with optional Adhan notifications.
One optional daily notification to encourage your dhikr practice. Automatically cancelled when you complete a session.
The traditional al-Ma'thūrāt — adhkār to be said in the morning and the evening, as established in the Sunnah.
Optional notifications at sunrise and sunset to remind you of the Morning and Evening Adhkar.
A Friday summary of your dhikr practice over the past week — celebrating consistency, not comparing.
Tracks your sessions, daily counts, and streaks over time. All data stays on your device.
Lisanak offers optional auto-renewing monthly subscriptions as a way to support ongoing development. These are voluntary — no feature is locked behind payment, and the App is fully usable without any subscription.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price as the current subscription.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings on your device after purchase.
No refund will be issued for any unused portion of the current subscription period after a cancellation.
Lisanak also offers one-time tip purchases — a form of ṣadaqah jāriyah that supports the App's continued development. Five tiers are available:
One-time tips are non-refundable and unlock no additional features. They are received in the spirit of charity, and your support is deeply appreciated.
For refund requests on any Apple-processed purchase, please contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
Lisanak is built for the sincere remembrance of Allāh. When using the App, please:
Your privacy matters. Lisanak processes voice recognition entirely on your device using Apple's Neural Engine. Nothing is recorded, transmitted, or stored on any server.

All content in Lisanak — including the App name, logo, design, code, and original text — belongs to Lisanak. The Qur'anic verses and ḥadīth references in the App are part of the public Islamic tradition and belong to no one but Allāh.
You may not copy, redistribute, or use any part of the App for commercial purposes without written permission.
Lisanak is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in prayer times and dhikr recognition, we make no guarantees that the App will always function without error, on every device, or in every environment.
Prayer times are calculated using established astronomical methods, but local conditions, calculation method preferences, and personal scholarly opinions vary. When precision matters, please cross-check with your local masjid or trusted source.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisanak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, missed prayers, missed reminders, or any inconvenience caused by the App's behavior.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
For significant changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you within the App or via the App's website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
